Questions
Do my CAD files leave my computer?
No. Files are read and measured in your browser. A model is only stored on our servers when you export a live 3D embed to share it.
Which files can I open?
Rhino .3dm (including MatrixGold files without render meshes), STEP, IGES, STL, OBJ, FBX, PLY and GLB / glTF.
How accurate are the measurements?
On 25 real MatrixGold production orders, ring size matched on every ring, stone length and width were within ±0.03 mm and centre-stone shapes were identified correctly. Carat weights are estimates from the modelled stone.
Can I put the 3D view on my website?
Yes. Every export comes with a copy-paste iframe that works on Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow or any site you control.
